These are the terms between you and Tribal Vend LLC, Oklahoma, for using this app. Plain words on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

What the app is

A private map of the people you know, with a calendar, a list, a game for filling in gaps, and an assistant that drafts. It is a tool for remembering and for bringing people together.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are for people, not for companies or bots.

What you record about others

You own what you write, and you are responsible for it. Record only what is true and what you would be comfortable with the person reading. Do not use the app to track, monitor, harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone, or to store information you have no right to hold. We will close accounts that do.

If a person asks us to correct or remove something recorded about them, we may remove it.

Sharing and introductions

Introductions are drafted by the app and sent by you, from your own phone.

The assistant

The assistant can be wrong. It drafts and proposes; you confirm. Do not treat its output as advice.

Paying

  • The app is in beta. During the beta both plans, Free and Plus, cost $0, so nothing is charged. You add a card at the end of setup to hold your place, and Stripe keeps it.
  • Plans renew every month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current month.
  • Prices can change after the beta.

Your data

You can delete your account at any time. Our privacy page says what we collect and who touches it.

Ending things

You can leave whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms or the law, with notice where we reasonably can.

What we do not promise

The app is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States. The app is offered to people in the United States.
